DO NOT  overlook the numbers if you are serious about increasing your profit in your retail business.

YOU MUST know what to measure and  focus on how to exceed your expectations.




For example, do you know your . . . . . ?

  •  Sales compared to budget/target?
  • Sales compared to last year ( or any other period)?
  • Sales per square metre?
  • Wage costs?
  • Average Sale per Customer / Per Transaction?

When you don’t know all of your numbers, you can’t possibly know what’s going on in your business.

Remember: If you’re not measuring it, you’re not managing it!
