when you don’t have self-discipline.

The thought came to me like a slap to the face this morning, precisely after I had finished trying on half a dozen t-shirts before finding one loose enough to fit me. During the process I had a  flash back to last night…..specifically the large  block of chocolate I ate!

With self-discipline we can all achieve an enormous amount. Conversely, without self-discipline we are assured of much disappointment.

 It’s important that we are reminded of these things. When we put our effort into the important things, the fundamental things such as self-discipline we will enjoy far more success and happiness.
